Under the unique brokerage model NCACCH provides eligible clients with access to over 500 Doctors across 68 NCACCH Approved General Practices in the NCACCH Service area. To access a NCACCH Approved General Practitioner, you will need to present your NCACCH Health Access Card (blue) to the receptionist on arrival to your appointment. If you haven’t got the current Health Access Card, please contact NCACCH or one of our NCACCH Referrer’s to make an application. If your card has expired, you can download the Health Access Card Update Form here (please note this form is only for clients who have had a card previously, that has expired).
